Corporate Restructuring
Corporate Restructuring is a case-study course that draws from the finance curriculum of leading graduate business schools in the U.S. and Asia. The course is taught using MBA-level cases and notes supplemented by short consolidating lectures. The learning is interactive and requires analysis and decision making by participants, who will develop a sophisticated understanding of a wide variety of issues that face senior managers related to corporate restructuring.
Cases are a mix of international settings and industries with global applicability. Corporate restructuring goes to the heart of maximizing value for corporate stakeholders, whether they are creditors, employees, and tax authorities in a distressed situation or shareholders in a self-initiated restructuring. Corporate Restructuring covers examples of these and other restructuring scenarios to give participants a detailed and sophisticated understanding of the key issues and considerations in the corporate restructuring process. Case selection may be tailored for client in-house seminars.
