Competition and Strategy

Competition and Strategy is an essential course for business professionals.  C&S draws from proprietary Opera cases and the strategy and economics curricula of leading graduate business schools in the United States, Asia, and Europe. The course is delivered using cases, notes, and interactive simulations supplemented by short, consolidating lectures. It is interactive and enables participants to develop sopisticated, rigorous frameworks for analysis and decision making. Competition and Strategy provides the foundation for a variety of fundamental business decisions in corporate development, strategic and operational planning, finance, marketing, and other areas.
The cases and simulations we use in in-house programs are selected and tailored to best meet the needs of your managers.  Cases are a mix of international and U.S. settings with global applicability. This course is an updated, expanded version of our popular Industry and Competitive Analysis course.
